Over the past few years I have tried many diets, but this buckwheat diet was the only one that REALLY helped me lose weight and feel great in my skin. I could not believe my eyes, but I must admit that it was very difficult and even painful, because I just love food.

You will need:
1 cup buckwheat
2 cups boiling water
I used organic buckwheat to cleanse my body and stay healthy. Feel free to use the buckwheat porridge of your choice. Just make sure it’s quality.
When buying buckwheat kernels in the store, choose not steamed or fried, but simply peeled cereals.
How to prepare?
Put buckwheat in a large bowl and add boiling water. Buckwheat absorbs water until morning and will be ready for use.
Start with half a cup of buckwheat, and if you need more to feel full, just add more. You are also allowed to consume 1 liter of kefir per day. Kefir is a fermented milk drink obtained from milk by fermentation. Kefir is also suitable for weight loss.
You can mix buckwheat with kefir in a bowl. Believe me, it tastes better. At least I did it. The taste is very similar to yogurt with oats.
Also take 2 servings of vegetables per day. For example, carrots, cucumber, tomato, green salad and any other low-calorie vegetable. You will have many options here because most vegetables are very low in calories.
Other rules to follow:
- To drink a lot of water;
- Drink coffee and tea without sugar and milk;
- Stay away from sugar and salt;
